Your information, whether public or private will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company or individual for any reason, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or services requested for herein. We implement a variety of security measure to maintain the safety of your personal information

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.

This privacy Policy is applicable to only information collected through our website.
Returns
To return your order simply email us at write2us@giftinklings.com with the subject line as 'Returns'. Kindly mention your order ID and the below-applicable reasons in the subject line. We shall then take it forward.
Returns: You have 5 daysof original purchase to return unused, undamaged items for a full refund or store credit. Please note, the amount refunded will be excluding shipping charges.
Conditions for returns-
1- Wrong product received
2- Looks different than the product photo
3- Damaged product received*(Please see conditions for this below)
If you have any other reason for return than the ones mentioned, please note we will decide eligibility on a case-to-case basis only. We do not promise a return for any other reason than the ones mentioned above. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. Returns will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. All orders placed during special sales, limited discount offers, and limited offer campaigns are non-refundable.
* Defective/Damaged product replacement:In case of a defective item you need to inform us within 2 days to claim product replacement or full refund. All defective product claims are taken by us on a case-to-case basis. If we conclude that the product defect/damage was due to our fault only then will we replace the product or refund the amount.
Exchange: To make an exchange request email us at write2us@giftinklings.com with the subject line 'Exchange'. You have 5 days of original purchase to exchange any unused, undamaged item. Only size and color exchange. Make sure to send in the original receipt and packaging.
We do not accept exchange on FMCG products, personal hygiene products, undergarments–worn or unworn and brands that have a no exchange policy which will be specifically mentioned in the description of that product if any.
Cancellation: To cancel an order email us at write2us@giftinklings.com with the subject line as 'Cancellation' and mention your order ID. We shall then take it forward. Order can only be cancelled within 24 hrs from the time the order was placed. Any orders cancelled after 24 hrs. will not be accepted. Once you receive the order you can choose to return it if you wish to within the return time period as stated above.
-Returns and exchanges can take up to 8-10 days to process. If you need a replacement item sooner, we recommend placing a new order while waiting for your refund to be processed.
-Note: Some brands listed with us have special return policies that will be stated in the product description.

Shipping Information
NOTE: SHIPPING MAY SOMETIMES BE DELATED DUE TO BAD WEATHER CONDITIONDS
All our delivery packages are packed in hygienic conditions and are sanitized. Be assured as we are taking care of all the required measures to fulfill the safe delivery of your purchase.
We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of items across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.
Shipping Time
• The delivery time is usually 4-6 days.
• Some of the products are made to order in which case we allow the vendors to decide on the lead time they require which usually goes up to 7-8 days.
• The logistics partner gets a notification once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They will then pick it up from the vendor and deliver it to you between 8am to 9pm on all days Monday to Saturday. We also try shipping on Sundays but that may vary according to the logistics partner availability. We only make 2 attempts to deliver the product to the customer. If the customer is not there to claim it the product is returned to the vendor and no refund is provided for the same to the customer.
• We do not ship products on public holidays.
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at write2us@giftinklings.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
In case your shipment is delayed:
• In case there is a delay, please send us an email on write2us@giftinklings.com with your order number.
• In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.
Shipping: Orders may be shipped from multiple locations. Shipping times vary, depending on the product, but generally take 4-6 days unless specified otherwise.
Order Cancellations: Item cancellation is only possible within 24 hours. Else the product will be delivered to you and you can place a return order and we will take back the product on case to case basis.
Photos and Social Media: All photos submitted to Green Feels via social media and/or regular mail, become the property of Green Feels and cannot be returned. Further, Green Feels assumes all rights of the photos and can use the photos for marketing purposes. The submitter of photos commits to withdraw from making any legal claims or disputes against Green Feels and understands that Green Feels is under no legal obligation to compensate the submitter of photos.
